No service for 3 days keeps saying book on line, no online bookings at present
Phone us (using my non working phone)
Mobile redirects to web site to phone for engineer.
This is joke, I am 71 and need my phone as my only form of communication or help in present circumstances

I have been able to locate your account and perform a test to show that the line is active and can be called.
What issues are you having with your line, are you able to call out?
Hi, my line is not working, no incoming or out going calls virgin tests say line ok , it is not, no dial tone line dead.
