I moved in to a new house on Friday and was sent a router in the post to set up myself. No problem there and I connected the phone and all is working fine.
I would like to disable the Virgin voicemail which seems like a simple thing to do but I have phoned on three occasions and just keep getting transferred to someone else. The last person said that as I am a new customer the service needs to be activated and I need to speak to the activation team. I explained that it is up and running and I am calling from the Virgin line.
The only reason I went with Virgin at the new address was that Sky did not supply broadband here yet and I already regretting my choice based on the phone calls I have made!
