Hi,
So, I have this new fibre adaptor. We've put it into the Wifi router as instructed, and connected the lead from the back of the adaptor to the phone - but it's not working. I assume we are supposed to be doing it that way? This is the lead that previously went from the wall to the phone, yes?

Hi NickJ2022
Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
Plug the phone cable we’ve supplied into the Hub, and then plug the other end of the cable into your home phone.
If you can’t remove the cable from your phone, remove the cable from the end that goes into the wall, and plug it into the converter supplied. Then plug our cable in to the other end of the converter.
Let me know if that fixes things,

Ah... there is no cable. I have the adaptor, but not the cable. There was only an adaptor that came in the post. Is there a special cable that comes with this too? as I've used the old phone cable.

Thanks for coming back to me.
Can you remove the cable from the end that goes into the wall, and plug it into the converter supplied. Then plug our cable in to the other end of the converter.

Hi, I'm confused with the bit "Then plug our cable in to the other end of the converter."
I was sent a converter. I'm using the cable I have here.
Is there a 3rd cable that you're referring to?

.. a 2nd cable, rather?

Hi again, I'm even more confused after reading that link.

I am guessing we need to reboot the wifi router to get the line to work, based on what that link is loosely describing? (it sounds like it's for someone with a new router).
