How to change landline number

Hi can someone please tell me how to go about changing my landline number to stop abusive calls aswell as making sure I'm ex directory? Thanks

Customer service will be able to assist or a mod here might action it sooner, 

Similar to other request it should be easy enough to change over. takes approx 24 hours, and I believe you get first one free (don't quote me on this)
