How to book technician

Is there a way to book a technician to look at what we have before the move to the fiver phone?

We're sorry to hear you're facing a problem with your landline.

We're glad to be of help with any issues especially technical ones, could you please check here for more info about switching to line via fibre and let us know if you have the correct set up?

Also, can you kindly advise if the landline has a dial tone and if you're facing issues when making or receiving calls?

Lastly, is your question related to what package / talk plan you currently have or other?

Hi,

There's no issues with the phone it's just with the move to fiber the phone and Hub need to be near each other which they aren't - so it says on the page that we'll probably need a technician to have a look at what to do so it was really to see how you can book a technician to come round?

Thanks for sharing more and for clarifying there's not fault with your line, Siomac76.

We'd love to best assist in case you need the phone relocated next to your hub due to the migration, could you please advise what's the date we confirmed the switch to line via fibre will take effect in your area?

Also, do you have more than one handset in use and are you using extension sockets (in other rooms) that need to stay active?

It's the 11th May

There's only one/twophone sockets - both (one works - where the current phone is plugged into) are in the living room and the Router/Hub is in another room
