Recently moved home and joined Virgin Media broadband and phone but the quick start didn't work. Green flashing light. All cables look right. Customer service has got enormous wait times. Waited 40 min and 20 min in separate instances but to no avail. Now paying for a service that we can't use. Wonder how this is acceptable in today's day and age! Any pointers to how to book an engineer appointment?
