I've just taken out virgin broadband and want to add home phone to it.
Does anyone know if / how I can do this through the app / online? I've tried ringing multiple times before the broadband went live but always get cut off!

Unfortunately I cannot access any "upgrades" as when I try this the internet page just says bad request and won't load.
I have also tried live chat and WhatsApp messaging but these are clearly run by chatbots that only focus on there being a problem with my broadband - asking me to reset the router etc. They don't seem to understand I'm wanting to add something to my package.
Hence coming here for advice.
Is there anything else anyone can suggest?
I have to say my experience with virgin so far has been disappointing.

I'm sorry for this, can you confirm if the 'My Offers' section still doesn't work if you sign in via the link I gave?
Can you confirm if you've tried calling on 150/ 0345 454 1111 since you've been installed, as package changes are not something we do via the forums.
