How do you call the help line if your phone doesn't work

So something has been done.  Maybe fibre?  Now my phone doesn't work and I'm going around the houses on the website.

Any idea how I can get in touch with Virgin to get an actual answe (and I refuse to pay for the call on my non virgin mobile-they already get enough of my money 😜)

As discussed, I have now ordered the adapter for you which you will receive within 5 working days.
