I need to switch off the landline virgin voicemail as we have our own answerphone setup.

There’s no answer on virgins help advice!,,,, 

Have tried 150 and other information from other posts. 

Virgin just set it as a deactivate online?

I've asked so many times and been ignored TURN OFF THE VIRGIN ANSWERPHONE!!! I am missing important calls and messages, I dont want and don't need this. Please remove or I will look to cancel the whole contract.

Sorry to hear of your experience trying to get your landline voicemail turned off! 

You should be able to do this via your My Virgin Media account as outlined in our FAQs for Landline call features. 

I will send you a PM so we can confirm a few account details and get this turned off for you. 

You will find the PM in the top right corner of the page in your Inbox. We can then return to this public thread with an update when possible.
