The onus would be on your new provider to send over an order to us and they should be able to contact us directly without yourself providing the details.
Who is your prospective new provider, if you don't mind me asking?
@jb66, we do have porting agreements with Vodafone and Talk Talk, we port from those two providers on a daily basis, you may have come across the transfers that have had other issues but we can port from these operators.

There shouldn't be any issues, as long as your landline service remains active with us whilst the number port is requested and then processed, and that you currently don't have any open orders on your account e.g an engineer visit or a disconnection order.
