Hello. It's all very well PMing people whenever they ask how to change their itemisation limit for their landline, however, where exactly is the PUBLIC answer? I've googled and googled and I cannot find a public answer to this question. Why is the answer so secret??

I can't be the only other person who wants to lower their itemisation limit and the link on the bill page doesn't work!!

Please publish a PUBLIC answer on how to do this!!
