How do I lower my limit to view itemised Usage Charges ?

Can I please ask what service this is for 

We can add itemised calling to Landline bills but it will only show the calls that are charged and none that are in your package

It is for my landline . I had an extra charge of 0.37p for a call to 07405114381 which I do not recall making  also the description says "Destination" - Wireless

what does that mean?

Your engineer came the other day very efficient and punctual, he changed some parts and corrected the Download problem, but he could do nothing about speed to laptop or signal strength to front room television. He said I will need some "Pods" possibly up to four of them as all the main rooms in the house only run at about 20mb if they get a signal at all. These include my son and daughters  rooms which have a very poor signal strength.

I wondered if you could arrange these "Pods" which I believe are free to Hub 4 Users. I have to say the coverage was slightly better on the old hub.

Thanks for the update John, at present we only offer up to 3 Pod's and these are allocated one at a time we wouldn't send you 4 to start with. Depending on your package these may also be chargeable but I'm happy to take al ook into this further for you.

 

I will send you a Private Message to get some more details so we can get the ball rolling.
