I have two landline phone lines each with its own number and expected to be able to link them to the two sockets marked telephone on my router; each line has a few wired extensions around the house. I have been told this cannot be done (I do not agree). Is this why there are two sockets on the router? Instead I am told I need a satellite phone. Can someone advise please?
