I need to book an engineer visit as the result of the changeover to digital on landlines, since my hub is in a different room and on another floor to my only phone socket. There seems to be no way of booking such a visit - you're just taken round and round in circles back to the same useless 'help' page on the website, the phone numbers don't allow you to speak to a human being but simply direct you back to the website, and the 'live chat' requires the use of WhatsApp, which I don't have and don't want.
I'm so frustrated I'm thinking of cancelling my lond-standing account. How the hell do I get an engineer?
