I want to know how to arrange a manual reset of my landline as after using ring back I no longer have a dialling tone. I have checked service status which shows that line is engaged. All phones are in place and have tried all the suggested checks (switched off and on, tried #37#) which have made no difference.

After locating your account from your forum information I can see that you have since contacted us about the issue and have had a technician visit - I do hope that all is back up and running since the visit?
