Hi, our phone only rings 4 times before answerphone kicks in, how do we change that?

We do have the ability to change this, However its only possible if your phone line isn't on our new 21st sentry voice (21CV)
Do you know if your phone line us currently connected via your hub or via a traditional phone line?
