How can i contact ?

My landline has been completely down for over a week, I have tried to make contact via the web, but all I get is messages to call 150 , if only I could . I don't have call inclusive mobile so refuse to use any other numbers and be charged

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with your landline.  
I'd like to take a look into this for you.

First though can I ask if you have tested another handset?

Are all the connections tight and free from damage.

You can check our service status checker or call the phone version on 0800 561 0061 to see if there is a known area fault? 

Please let me know how you get on.

I have done all the phone checks right down to just having a single simple phone plugged in. Yes I have been to service status checker it shows no fault in the area which is really strange as other neighbors with virgin landlines are also down and have been all week. Virgin seem to avoiding any contact probably out of embarrassment from not being able to sort the problem
