My mum has tried calling virgin for over 3 weeks and can’t get to speak to an adviser. Her current contract expires on 17th of February and she doesn’t want to renew it as she will be starting with a new provider. I can’t find a postal address or email address to write to, how is she supposed to inform you of her intention? Using this site was the only way I could see to try and contact anyone. We are unable to log into the my account!!
