You'd probably be looking at the Call Divert feature which costs 2.25 a month extra to your bill, but you need a working handset to configure it. So you may as well just buy a cheap handset and call it a day to be honest. You can pick one up for like £15 and in turn not pay an extra £27 a year for the feature.

As the members have advised, the Call Divert would need to be added in order for the calls to be received to your mobile but this would require some set up from your side. There is also a charge associated with the feature.
