My phone has not worked for about a wee, no dial tones. I have borrowed a phone from my neighbour thinking it may be the phone, but I have the same issue.
Have run the tests & phone virgin but as got the "due to covid response".
Where do you go to get help

are you able to let us know, is your phone connected via the hub or the traditional landline socket?
It is connected to the traditional landline socket
