Due to get install 22/6 - I need to keep my home number, wasn’t mentioned on the call so I assumed (stupidly) that it would happen. Research seem to indicate you need to request this - how do I do this, can’t get thru on phone & weB chat haven’t responded?
Firstly & most importantly, DO NOT CANCEL your phone service with your existing provider. There must not be a cancellation notice on your account. If there is any attempt to port the number to Virgin will fail & you will lose the number.
You could drop a text to 0753 305 1809 & you should get a call back
