had installation a few weeks ago but had to wait for existing provider to switch off phone before I could transfer number. I am now ready. How do I get this actioned. I ticked number transfer on the order
If the previous telephone provider has ended your contract then I am afraid that a number port can only happen on an active line, if the libe is active but you have requested the cancellation of the account then previous provider will refuse the port as the line is in the process of being cancelled, when the number is ported your previous provider will then cancel the line/account.
