If you can please try running through the troubleshooting steps here 👉 https://virg.in/fixyourtv and make sure you do a full reboot of your box. (Turn it off at the switch, and mains, then wait 5 mins and turn back on again).
It's also worth checking any cables at the back are nice and secure, and that the box has an internet connection so it can load any the data needed to provide the app services.
