Received new adapter for telephone switchover, would be good but all my ports on my router are in use by other things, what solution have you to supply to make my phone work?

Sorry to hear these concerns about your landline switchover and the ports currently in use by your hub.
The landline adapter should be connected via one of the grey ports on your router, and so should not currently be in use by any other devices. You can see more about this here 👉 Everything You Need To Know - Virgin Media Community - 4757332
All of our hubs have 4 ethernet ports for connections via ethernet, which you can compare the specs of here 👉 Virgin Media Hub 3, Hub 4 & Hub 5 | Hub Swaps & Upgrades .
It may be worth us just having a conversation regarding what you are currently using the two grey ports for, as you will need to use one of these following the switchover for your landline.
