I can connect to mobile numbers from my landline but I cannot connect with other landline numbers. I have reported this three times and cannot get this fixed. What are my options?  Should I choose another service provider or is this something I can fix myself?  Please help. This is causing me endless problems.

I am sorry to hear that there is an issue with the landline. 

Can you confirm if you are still getting the same issue when connecting an alternative handset? 

Does this happen with every landline call or do some go through?
