My apologies for any delays, I have received your private message but have been away from the office for a couple of days so will reply today.
We did have an engineers visit who said it was a system problem that could not cope with 10 digit numbers, area code plus 5 digit numbers. It would need a system fix nothing he could do. In the mean time can we not be switched back to our original line from the master box and ditch fibre until system upgraded?
