Do you have the adapter for the back of the VM hub (RJ11 plug to BT socket) so you can plug in a phone?
Were you porting over an existing landline number to VM?
If you log into the VM hub, do you see 'Telephony' is enabled/ready on the welcome page when you log in?

I'm switching home phone over from talktalk I'm not at home at the minute so can't check but I haven't been left a phone or nothing off the installer just wondering if it would be someone else who delivers it/ sets it up

Hey @mburnip12, thanks for reaching out to us and a warm welcome to the Virgin Media forums.
Thank you for bringing this query to our attention.
The Virgin Media landline comes in through the router / VM hub, so there should be an adapter that connects your home phone to the hub.
When you have moved in and have the time to check - let us know if you have it or not.
If you do - plug your home phone in to that and then connect that to the Virgin Media hub.
If not - we can get you one sent out 🙂
Kind regards,
Ilyas.

Thanks for coming back to us mburnip12, we dont supply any landline phones, you would need to purchase one for yourself to be able to use the service.
