  • My home phone won't accept incoming calls iv done a line test checked all connections even bought a new phone but still connect .

I'm sorry to see that you have been having issues with your phone accepting incoming calls. I have taken a look at our system and can't see any obvious reason as to why you would be seeing this issue.
