Requested to transfer my number 5 days ago it has still not transferred. Can anyone help me on this

Thanks for your post. Sorry to hear your landline number hasn't been ported. I apologise for the confusion, this process can take up to 14 working days to be fully transferred from your previous provider.

If you haven't heard anything back, or your number still hasn't transferred after 14 days from your request, please pop back to us so we can assist further
