Home phone

I’ve just changed my hub from a 3 to 4 and my home phone has stopped working. No issues checked the equipment restarted everything think it may need to be plugged into the hub. Wasn’t supplied with an adapter.  Any suggestions??

Re: Home phone

Hi @Mikemjf really sorry to hear of your concerns raised.

It does sound likely that you may need to be plugged into the Hub now, as a lot of our phone lines are converting to this state.

I'll send you a PM to look into this further and explore the specifics with you directly.

Please expect this PM to arrive in a moment and respond when you can!
Many thanks

Hi @Mikemjf, thanks a lot for confirming all details through PM and great that we've agreed a timeslot for you.

Just bringing this back publicly to close off the thread.
