Home phone connected to wall socket works fine. However I want to also connect a phone to my Hub3 but it says phone is disabled on the hub manager. How do I get it enabled?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
Your phone line from checking the system is the old-style one, where plugs into the wall socket. In this case, you'd not be able to connect it to the router.
