I've got a problem with my landline,it rings once,then nothing.ive put a new phone in and still nothing.Tried to ring virgin over an hour wait.Ive done all the checks even took the new and old phone to neighbours and it works ok.
I have had a look and cannot see any issues in the area
So I have booked the first engineer appointment we have available
