5days no landline no dial tone...how can I get an engineer its not my phone.....5days of trying

The phone works in another landline but not mine...

I have used the information provided on the forum, to book an engineer appointment, I have booked this for Saturday (7th) between the hours of 4-7, If this time and date are not suitable you are able to re-arrange this via your online account

No problem at all.
I will pop back in on Monday and see how things have gone.

Thankyou for your help....the phone is now working...technicians were working in my road when I arrived home.....cancelled appointment....thankyou once again
