I'm sorry to see that you are having issues with your landline making or receiving calls. Have you been able to check our service page here to see if this is due to any known issues? You can also sign in with your My VM details to run a fault test.
If nothing shows there, it would be best to check our landline help page here for further help.
If you sill have no working landline after running all of these checks, let us know and we will be happy to help further.
