Home phone voicemail notification not working

Hi, I have recently joined Virgin, people are leaving me voicemails on my land line but when I call 1571 it says no new voicemails. I have tried calling the help centre but failed verification as I couldn’t confirm my last bill (haven’t had my first bill come through yet!!). Any chance anyone knows how to fix this please? Thanks

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the voicemail service. 


Could you please try pressing 0 on the handset, this will connect to voicemail help.


Please also ensure the voicemail has been set up correctly, there is more information on how to do this here

Hi, thank you. I have just tried this but it just tells me how to listen to them, not fix the problem I have, so not resolved unfortunately

Sorry to hear this, at what point during the steps we provided did this stop working for you? Do any voicemails appear when you phone 1571 at all?
