My online account. Offers and Upgrades page has an offer for home phone allowing me to upgrade from Talk Weekends to Talk More Anytime. But when I click upgrade it returns with "You need to contact Virgin to upgrade". It didn't allow me to upgrade online.
So, I spent all day on the online chat. I was passed to 4 different agents each one not able to upgrade as per the online offer.
Please can someone from Virgin contact me here and apply the offer to my account/home phone/package.
