Home phone updated to Talk More Anytime, charged for calls to UK mobiles
Hi All, with call centres still closed I am guided to the Community for help. I was pleased to find that VM seem to of updated my old home phone plan from Talk Unlimited to Talk More Anytime on my current bill. My problem is that I am still incurring charges for what should now be free calls to UK mobiles under this plan if less than 1 hour . Can anyone help to fix this ?

Hi everyone, Think I have resolved this by using VM text messaging service, free to call for those on Virgin mobile phones I read. Not as instant as Live chat if that comes back and you don't need hang on for the call centres to answer with their pronunciation problems when they return. Anyway it seems that although VM had updated my home plan to Talk More Anytime on my bill Bundle area the system still showed me to be on the old Talk Unlimited. As long as this works I would recommend others to use VM text messaging service.
