I was advised that the switchover for ML6 9AJ would be Friday 13th 2023. But as with others, I assume I have to wait until the existing landline ceases to operate. Is there any way I can check that the date indicated is correct or whether a new date has been rescheduled?

Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you on board.
I am so sorry for any confusion caused by the switchover date, just to check do you have the adaptor to set up your phone with the Hub?
If so you can test to see if this has gone live now by plugging the phone in, if not then it can take until the end of the day to complete.
