I've just received an email to inform me that our home phone line is being switched to fibre in July. Looking at the instructions, there is no way my current phone cable will reach from the socket it's in at the moment to the back of the hub - there a long way apart in different rooms. I'm sure I'm not the only person with this issue, what do we do?

We are in the same position. Our hub is in one room and our telephone connections in another.

Thanks for getting in touch. Sorry to hear that you having issues with the new landline facility, we can relocate your phone with your Hub. One of our engineers will come to you in order to see where is best to relocate your Hub with your digital landline. We would need to bring you into a private message and go through a few details and get this arranged.
