Virgin website says can switch to ebilling by going into my account ,,,, i dont seem to have such an option !

Sorry for any confusion in how to add/update e-billing on your online account. You can do this by accessing your online account, and selecting 'update settings' then account settings. However, I am going to send you a private message. so I can help you from here.

The online account route didnt seem to work so Lee sorted it from the Virgin side ,,, got an auto email advising ebilling had been “switched” on. Thanks Lee👍
