Please help! My dads phone hasn’t worked for nearly a month, there is no failing tone.
Tried the service test and said inconclusive so tried phoning twice but each time on hold for nearly an hour and then call failed.
How do I fix this? Any help would be much appreciated getting very frustrated!

I'm sorry to hear that your Dad's phone is currently not working and hasn't been for nearly a month now, I appreciate it's important that we get it back up and running as soon as possible.
Before we take a look into the account for you, can you please confirm if you have tried another handset in the socket, to rule out the possibility of it being an issue with the current handset?
