Home phone problems

Hi - I've had a number of issues over the last 3 weeks. The first was that the phone was not ringing and I eventually got through and arranged an engineer visit. The engineer located a problem (not on our premises) and the following day the problem had been fixed. The next 2 problems were quickly sorted by yourselves (no caller display and 1471 not working)  Today however our phone had reverted to not ringing when incoming calls came in. We can ring out but there is so much distortion on the line that it is almost impossible to have a conversation. Hope you can advise ona possible solution.

I am very sorry to hear you experiencing further issues with the phone line. 

 

I have taken a look from our side and can confirm there are no area issues reported.

With the issue reoccurring we are going to need to book a technician to come and take another look.
