Our home phone has been intermittently down for the last 4 weeks. All tests on equipment are fine. Every time I report the fault or book and an engineer it gets fixed, but then goes down again soon after. I had an engineer booked for this Tues. 19th May, but they say it's fixed, have cancelled the appointment and as I write it's down again; having been only fixed for 2 days.
