Received hub 4 as part of the gig1 package on Friday 15th. No phone connector was included in the box, despite the installation guide stating that I should only use the cables supplied in the box. Called Virgin media to query this, who said that they do not supply the cable so I would have to buy my own. Ordered an rj11 cable, plugged it in. No phone line. Logged into the hub4, says telephony disabled.
