Home phone number

Could someone advise how long I have to wait for my home phone number to be transferred fromBT to Virgin? I did request the transfer and advised BT it would happen, we finished our BT line on 25th so wondered how long it would take.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Any numbers that we request to come over from another supplier can take 10-14 days maximum from the activation day.

You mentioned the BT Line is now finished? when did you join us? As we need both suppliers to be active.

It should have been over now to us.

Clearly this sounds like it was never actioned when you joined us.

I'd like to take a look into this for you.

But I cannot 100% guarantee it is possible now.
