Hi there , never had a phone connected to my virgin account as mostly use mobile , but since spending more time in the house due to lockdown I thought I would connect a landline , connected phone to the router using the adapter supplied but no phone signal, any help greatly appreciate

I have located your account and can see that you have our standard landline - not our VOIP via the broadband hub. This means you just need to plug your handset into your main master socket (usually on the wall in a hallway or living room depending on your set up from when you we're installed) We do not use other providers sockets so look for a VM logo (or telewest/ntl depending on when you were installed!)
Your line is looking fine from here at the time of checking so let us know how you get on with the wall socket and we'll go from there.
