Home phone number switched with neighbours

This is a ridiculous problem. Our neighbour is also on virgin media and we have both been having wifi problems. We seemed to be sharing a wifi cable from the street. They have now had a separate wifi cable installed. But somehow during the several visits it took to sort out the wifi we ended up having their home phone number as our home phone. And ours has gone missing (if you dial our number there is no ring. But if you ring their number it rings in our house). Recently they got an engineer out to sort their phone and apparently theirs is now working properly. But our number has gone missing. Home phone won’t dial out nor receive calls.

I'm terribly sorry to hear of the issues you've faced with the home phone number.
