Hi , please can someone help
we have just had our phone etc. installed however virgin have not transferred our number across and i have been on the phone for over 45 minutes listening to some really bad on hold music -
i just want my old number to be active and my old account with plusnet to be canceled now ii'm going to have to pay for two services until my number gets transferred !
Once your line is active it can take 10 days for the port too complete, when did your VM line go active.
