As the title says...moved house two weeks ago, moved Virgin phone and broadband from old house to new. Phone has been out of service for two weeks due to them not sending the right adaptor and having to get an engineer out to deliver one (!) Now it's been sorted, I've found out the phone number is a new one despite me asking them to keep my original one. I'm phoning customer services but been on hold for ages. Can anyone help?
