My landline isn't receiving or allowing me to make calls. I've checked the equipment, everything is plugged in properly.
I've called the landline help number 3 times and each time I'm told by the automated response they are running tests and to call back in 10 minutes for tests results but have not received them.

I am sorry to hear of the issues you're having with your landline here. Is there any tone at all to the handset? Is it possible as well that you've been able to check the service status page in the top right to see if there are any outages that could be the cause of this issue?
